great tutorial, many guides put it in the title that it's for beginners but fail to understand that some of these people have no idea about the game at all, and you cover that quite well :-)

the gameplay section at the end is what made this guide standout against most others. showing real match examples of everything talked about in the video with pauses explaining the thought process reinforces the information taught before. much better than the guides where they ramble in training mode for over an hour going through every move. good stuff, hope to see more.

So when your useing your forward 3 press 1 right afterwards it puts you in +1 on block

Also combo folow ups also start learning to cancel that stance by pressing up in to sidestep

As someone newer to fighting games outside of smash games, this is the type of stuff I am looking for. Simple stuff to build a foundation and so I’m not just going into ranked getting blasted with no game plan.

Just the comment that Lars wants to put the opponent down to the ground first to apply his stances explained the character for me. its like, ofc, he is a mishima after all ;)

thanks for the guide. great video! make, please, punishers guide for Lars. i was met situations many times, when i punish an apponent, he going on the gruond, i can make a combo, but dont know how. in combo guide on yt there are only combo that starting by the starters like UF4 or WS1. ill be appritiate for this
