NOW…. I’m two week’s consistent in the gym! I’m doing 3 days a week right now and one day an hour walk! Next week I’ll be adding a day!!!! I am getting my nutrition together as well but baby I’m struggling on what to cook so I’m sure I’m not eating enough! I’ll use some of your recipes!! 10 days no chips! THAT IS MY DOWN FALL…LAYS BAR B QUE potato chips. I use the extreme wraps already. You are an inspiration and we definitely appreciate you!!! Muuuuaaahhhhh!!!!!

You are doing such an amazing job on your journey. Your consistency is truly inspiring. I've been big my entire life and am currently on my 49th weight loss journey. I've been praying the whole time that I don't fall off and gain the weight back like I tend to do. I've been intermittent fasting and going out getting at least 10,000 steps everyday and have lost 26 pounds so far. Your current weight is the first goal I want to hit and seeing you weigh in at it has fueled my determination. I know you didn't want to weigh yourself, but I'm truly grateful you did. I hope you continue these vlogs, I'm here for em!

I once read a quote that said, “You are currently living in an answered prayer.” Sometimes I have to repeat that to myself to keep the faith. Also, recognize that everyone else’s path isn’t your path. You comment about wanting more subscribers but I follow people with bigger numbers that don’t have the amount of sponsorships you do. Also, I’m not sure if you rent or own but a can of paint and some new pulls on your cabinets can change the entire room. Also, would you mind sharing how much you spend on groceries and your favorite places to shop and for what. Love you sis and just keep going. God will carry you if you let him. ❤❤❤

Myself should had a relax day, but... I walked during the whole video!
And I am happy too, cause this morning I am already under my surgery weight goal. They say I needed go down 8.8 lb, but right now I have lost 11.4 lb 😊 and that's before 2 weeks of diet!
And was to Hospital today for yearly check of my sleep apnea. And it is in total control since I started with the cpap. She even called me pro cpap user!
