Great advice. Really dig how DJ emphasizes how important it is to step back and really “feel” the weak points in your grip with the technique shown in the video. Obsess about the details, ladies and gents.
ОтветитьNo more pixelated face? Good, that was cringe LOL
Ответитьsuper fkn smart. love ur guys channel. God bless America 🇺🇸
ОтветитьThis may seem like a stupid question but how important is the pistol and pistol skills for top tier special forces?
ОтветитьNot another “kool Aid” factory. Quite possibly the most ridiculous handgun drill I’ve ever seen. Recoil goes up. Why would you train yourself to lift the gun up? “Im DevGru so I must be right.” C’mon Man. Cant wait to hear all the fanboy replies.
ОтветитьGood stuff thanks guys. I first noticed how important grip was when doing pull-ups, I started noticing my grip gave out before anything else did and it was prohibiting me from getting the full benefit of pull-ups
ОтветитьChris rules….nice work homie!
ОтветитьLove your content! You guys are the weapon not the guns, that's a tool.
ОтветитьFu*ken DJ still looking good brother. Thank you for your time doing this video. See you around brother. Take care.
ОтветитьDude I just did shoulder surgery. This is the physical therapy I need.
ОтветитьSo you put a resistance band under only one leg? You increase the band tension and apply it to only one foot? Wtf is that? Step into it with both toes and build more tension. Make it symmetrical. What is the deal with you fuckers leaning away from the blaster and being asymmetrical? "This feels more natural."
Bro... Guns ain't fucking natural. Stop with this wonky ate-up dog shit.
Every single cop on the street should watch this. I wish this training was available years ago during my career.
ОтветитьWhat type of bands are you lads using?
Ответить🙏
ОтветитьImplementation commences in the morning. My Rogue bands now have another use. Thanks for this knowledge to help us civilians. 🙏🏼🙏🏼
Ответить👍👍
ОтветитьReading some of the comments, no doubt there's some dudes spanking it while watching these clips. A bunch of tactical boners in this comment section.
ОтветитьI read something a while ago that said every generation for the [past 100 years or so have got weaker and weaker grip strength. If I remember right they said it had to do with doing physical labor.
ОтветитьOutstanding
ОтветитьLol. This video is made exclusively for larpers
ОтветитьWhat is the instructors name in rhe video?
ОтветитьGreat instruction. I'll try to factor in that my hardest grip is the puss grip you use as a demonstration how not to hold the gun.
ОтветитьWow! This is so simple yet amazing. I will put this in my practice routine.
ОтветитьThat was awesome!
ОтветитьThis is great
ОтветитьSo what so wrong about doing a boxing workout on a heavy bag 🤔 . It's a tool specifically made for boxing...please inform me of that analogy. Great vids btw. 👌
ОтветитьThis dude is intense!
ОтветитьLove it my brothers I'll watch every one when I feel the guys are knowledgeable I never made tier 1 but I love to learn from yall fuck yeah!
ОтветитьWow!!! A big thanks, makes a hell of a lot sense! I will use this for sure with my hands getting older !!! Can’t stop time and injuries! This will help!
Ответитьthe all seen eye freemason plus the left eye black and blue satanist to the end . may the Lord Jesus Christ rebuked you.
ОтветитьOutstanding educational information😎🖖
ОтветитьOne of the most common threads I take in as I watch and learn from these guys is obsess over the minute stuff - it all adds up to make us perform
ОтветитьNever in my life I would see anyone practicing with a band on a gun 🤣
ОтветитьLol, my grandfather had Popeye hands and forearms. He was ww2 navy and after war a fireman. He said he got strong from carrying the old refrigerators, I guess fireman had to do that back then...
ОтветитьHe grabs your pistol, kick him in the nuts then shoot.
Ответитьwhats wrong with people doing a boxing workout on a heavy bag at a commercial gym? lol, thats kinda what heavy bags are for? correct me if im wrong
ОтветитьI'm not sure about this one. Yeah grip is important for a myriad of reasons but I don't think most EDC carriers, cops and especially military mercenaries have encountered scenarios where an opponent tries to strip your gun from you. That stuff you only see in movies and TV shows. I shoot quite a bit myself and if your grip is TOO strong, you might start influencing your shot placement.
ОтветитьAlways gripped the hell out of my pistols. With the M&P 2.0 I’m getting some pretty ghastly blisters. 😎
Ответитьwhen you say drive out does this mean full extension of elbows too? or maintain slight bend?
ОтветитьThank you. Bless you. Strength and Honor.
ОтветитьNow this is pistol grip training!!🔥🔥
ОтветитьThank you for sharing guys this is great.
ОтветитьDJ and Coke are honest good men. They use what they preach
Ответить@DJ…….Powerful and informative video. I have added this to my training regiment. Great video fellas.
Keep doing what you do. This is part of my toolbox now.
What's with the freemason's shirt?
Ответитьwell you lose your thumb
ОтветитьWhat’s with the left index finger wrapped around the front of the trigger guard? Sorta like the wedge hold but isn’t. Is this just preference? Cool video!
ОтветитьDamn bro put those biceps away
ОтветитьThe fine details are not being over looked. Things I have never thought about are being presented here. What a resource. Incredible.
