ОтветитьDiacylate resin like HDDA, or Triacylate resin like TMPTA cost around $4 to $7 per kilogram. Type I BAPO photoinitiator is about $16/pound (about 3.5 cents per pound). BAPO's peak absorption is at 368nm, with a usable response at 405nm. Typical concentration is 2% and will add around 70 cents. Sudan I dye is very cheap, completing the mixture. In contrast, type 2 Camphorquinone is very costly, and requires an anime co-initiator. It has the important advantage, however, of a peak absorption well into the visible at 470nm. This simplifies the projection system.
This is by far the oldest of 3D printing technologies, and still the best. High resolution, accurate, and dirt cheap, what more could you want? Now all the industry needs to do is to tool up for a mass production DLP at the BAPO sensitive wavelength.
It's so tempting!
ОтветитьI´ve some questions regarding 3D printers, and I hope someone in here could help me out
Can you print your own transformer or action figures with ANY 3D printer or do you need an especific type of printer?
What´s the best material to use if you want solid toys: ABS or PLA?
How solid is going to be the toy? Like Hasbro´s solid, like a Lego´s brick or is going to be like a really cheap plastic?
Do you need to sand the pieces or they´re already smooth as soon as they leave the print?
What´s the best software to use to create toys for 3D printing?
How durable is going to be the toy? Is going to break as soon as it hits the floor?
And what´s the best way to deal with tolerance´s issues?
Very good video Bravo
Ответить" the printing plate is removable the case is transparent so you can see the print" which SLA printers *don't* have these two features?
ОтветитьTime travel stuff ..lol
ОтветитьIs it possible to print a hollow item?
ОтветитьVery nice review and covers a lot of things....thanks
ОтветитьWowoo
ОтветитьThis is not SLA - it is DLP!
ОтветитьIs it a good printer for jewelry?
ОтветитьWhich LCD is used can someone help?
ОтветитьThose that printer can handle TPU material ?
ОтветитьReally hard to choose between this and the way bigger kossel delta.. wish there was a cheap but large resin printer, then it would be much easier to choose. Can't wait to see how the printers evolve in next 5 years, with the current pace they will be basic household items in no time, putting many old school mass producers in tight spot because why go shopping some third world crap when you can simply print it at home and even choose the looks of it!
Ответитьi dont think my lcd screen is working. Can it be fixed, cleaned ? it worked before. I dont know why it quit working please help.. Linda
ОтветитьI was honestly looking for a laser sla 3d printer, not a dlp sla, I’d rather a gyro controlled uv curing laser than a lcd for a smoother and higher precision finish rather than speed... really frustrates me that lcd manufacturers do not tell you there is an lcd and try to sell it like a peopoly moai or formlab printer
ОтветитьDoes anyone else have an odd click sound when the carriage moves up and down?
ОтветитьWOW, what an amazing review. Thanks for sharing
Ответитьhello very good video, I have a sparkmaker, I want to ask you if you know in which LCD I should put the option to print with anycubic resin they told me that 18 seconds the first layer and the others to 120 seconds, but the sparkstudio only accepts the resins of sparkmaker, then how will I print with resin anycubic nose in which sparkmaker resin is more compatible, TCDEWN I appreciate any kind of comment very good channel
Ответить230 Eros :-) good
Ответитьдай угадаю...
Ответитьits not SLA.
it is DLP
Як щодо зернистості, вона дуже велика? Чи підходить він для ювелірних виробів і стоматології?
Ответитьyou did an excellent job my friend…great video…i give you an A+
ОтветитьI had no idea these are so cheap now... the mechanism is so simple too. An LCD, a UV light and a stepper motor.... amazing! You could make one yourself if you really wished to.
Ответитьyour accent is adorable. i could listen to you talk all day.
ОтветитьPrime/spraypaint the prints so the voxels get covered and make the details pop! :D
(Which also protects the cured resin from further UV light causing material degradation from overcuring. Otherwise your print will change colour and get brittle over time, depending on UV light exposure (e.g. sunlight). )
Does someone knows if resin from Monocure, the ones that works on the Wanhao D7 works on this printer?
ОтветитьI bought one of these to compliment my existing Monoprice Maker Select filament printer(which I have had for 3 years and pushed well past the limit of what it should be capable of), and it's been nothing but a nightmate. After 3 days, 90% of my prints have been pancaked against the FEP film layer instead of adhering to the build plate. Cleaning failed prints out of the printer actively damages the film layer, necessitating an expensive replacement. Avoid resin printers at all costs.
ОтветитьThin layer high doesn't automatically equals high quality... Look at the pixelation on each layer, the LCD used in there is very low resolution. That's why people are not satisfied with its X-Y quality.
ОтветитьAlright you sold me. I'll check it out.
Ответитьwith that kind of components it should cost 100 bucks
ОтветитьWhat happens if there're some stuck pixejs in the lcd panel? Does it affect the print?
ОтветитьIt looks like a DLP printer not SLA
ОтветитьHello,
Thanks for sharing this video.
I want to know whether Blue cast Resin Work in this machine?
Cant wait for this printer to print a full figure under 1 or 2 minutes. for now, they still on diapers.
ОтветитьIs there anyway to get images to copy off a video perhaps and use them on that 3-D printer in anyway?
ОтветитьTranslate with googletranslator:
I also bought a Sparkmaker and have only negative experiences with it. He prints the first 5mm, then glues the entire FEP the size of the LCD screen.
Right from the start.
- Changing slicer parameters did not help
- Changing FEP didn't help
- of course everything was cleaned again and again
My conclusion: thrown out MONEY, no matter how cheap the Sparkmaker currently is offered.
Not to be forgotten is that the LCD display and UV lighting, according to the manual, have an aging rate of 2 months (with frequent use).
So it is nothing with a 12/24 month guarantee if you use the device!
My question to you, do you still have your Sparkmaker and are you still doing 3D printing with it?
mine will not start printing... The nob is red and makes a noise as it is going down and it will turn green instead of blinking red.
Ответитьthis is an DLP 3d printer. Not SLA
ОтветитьGreetings. The sparkmaker original printer got into my hands. But I can't start printing. By inserting a sd card with a model in wow format, the printer turns off the display and nothing happens. Another sd card blinks red at startup and returns to green. What should I do?
ОтветитьPlease link software Sparkstudio for 64bit, thanks before
Ответитьgive me link to download software sparkstudio
