Hi Michael, I tried to do this on my laptop, following all the steps. I didn't get the $10. reduction notice so I proceeded to cancel. There was no retention offer there either. I cancelled hoping something would pop up, but nope. I had to resubscribe. I guess it doesn't work in all regions. Good try though. Keep the tips coming.
