ОтветитьMy PNY SD card don't work. it won't even show up on my computer. maybe its a virus idk . bought two 128Gb SD PNY cards. v30
ОтветитьI label mine 1A, 1B, 2A, 2B and so on
ОтветитьMy new 2023 trail camera recommended a Class 10 Ultra High Speed Micro SD card. Yet you say stay away from Micro SD.
ОтветитьCan I use more than 32gb micro chip? Please explain. Thanks.
ОтветитьHi,
I need some help choosing a Card for GardePro A3 camera.
l leave the camera for 6-12 months without checking out as I live abroad.
So,shall I buy;
1.
SanDisk Extreme 64GB SDXC Memory Card up to 90MB/s, Class 10, U3, V30
£17.99 or
2.
SanDisk Extreme 128GB SDXC Memory Card, Up to 150 MB/s, Class 10, U3, V30
£22.41
3.
SanDisk Extreme SDXC Memory Card, Up to 90 MB/s, Class 10, U3, V30, 128 GB
£38.95.
This one is quite expensive 😔
Note: The video will not give you a specific recommendation. It will tell you:
1. Use only “name brand” SD cards.
2. Follow your trail camera’s manual’s recommendation for which SD card to use.
3. Do NOT use micro-SD cards (more points of failure).
4. Never put the card in the camera while the camera is turned on.
5. Always format the SD card in the camera before setting it up in the field.
6. Do a “hard” format of your SD card twice a year on a computer.
7. Use two dedicated SD cards per trail camera and do not use those cards in any other camera.
Is there any concern about cards that are high capacity? The go-to seems to be 32G but what if I want to soak a camera for months and have it capture photos & hd videos... Would a 256G be too much? Or does that not matter? ... I recently had a spider on the sensor eat up most of storage space. 😒🕷️🕸️
ОтветитьGood Info
ОтветитьAnother important video. I find that because you came out with another version of your original video, some hunters using trail cams, just don’t get it and continue to make the same mistakes. Your original video made me look at SD card usage totally different, and I made the adjustments. Awesome content as always, 👍🙏🦌
ОтветитьVery helpful, thanks. Just starting to use trail cams and I’ve numbered them on the bottom, I always do the two sd cards per camera and I number them to go with the camera.
ОтветитьGreat video as always. I only use San Disc class 10 cards in my cell cams, they seem to work the best. Also was wondering about that Orange SD card case at the end of the video. Where can that be found? It looks like it holds a bunch of cards
ОтветитьOne of my trail cams is capable of 26MP but when taking pics using 26MP or 12MP the picture quality is the same when using a photo viewer on my phone, is this normal?
ОтветитьSome great info!
ОтветитьGreat information. Thank you
ОтветитьThis is something so many people over spend on!
ОтветитьNever over look accessories for gear and equipment. You can take an inexpensive bow or even a trail camera and make it more optimal with quality and though out accessories.
ОтветитьGreat video guys - definitely learned something new
ОтветитьGreat video guys!
ОтветитьI’m always using 8gb San disk class 4 cards or the 16 gb PNY. Those seem to work best for me
