Unfortunate but sounds like a hardware issue. If you hold down just the shift button and get skipped audio that’s also one of the hardware issues.

Thankfully I've had 0 issues out of mine. But I have my Rev1 with me as a backup just in case

Did you find the reason of the problem uf the shutter?

Keep it on serato 3.0 .. seems like the updates are having issues
