Interesting idea, but I'm too old/broke to superman this, but I do teach my students to strike with the reverse grip like the mantis shrimp punch, really hard to see the blade comming, as I was taught the blade should be felt not seen

Nick "Pappy Dog" Papadakis (Dog Brothers Martial Arts) demonstrated something similar at a seminar, but as a stick drill. We did it both with double stick and staff/spear length stick. He said the Dogs picked it up by mixing PTK, Tapado Larga Mano, and Krabi Krabong(Muay Thai's bladed sister).

Great video. I came here after talking to "Chili Pepper Dog" (Badger Jones) about the #5 or other blade attack from a Superman platform. You may be too young to remember but this very move was used by Achilles (Brad Pitt) in Troy! Nice job with your mods.
