Why doesn't my Zenfolio dashboard look anything like that?
ОтветитьLet me expand on Shutter Hire's comment below. When I inquired with the folks at Zenfolio, I learned that they are migrating to an all new Platform that is supposed to be more user friendly for both desktop and mobile. Great! Good ides. Unfortunately for we "Legacy" account holders, that's what they call us, there is no option to move our accounts to this new exciting platform. Huh? I have been a loyal Premium customer for almost a decade. To use this new platform I would need to create an additional account, pay an additional fee, and start from scratch. What does this mean for the Legacy Account holders? No new features? We've plateaued ? Why no ability to roll over or up our accounts to this new platform? Something seems very odd. If I'm going to be required to start from scratch to enjoy new features on a new platform, I'm certainly going to explore other options.
Perhaps someone from Zen will read my comment and elaborate.
Does it work with videos?
ОтветитьIf a client is selecting the images they would like to receive, is there an option to review the images and select which ones they would like to download? Is it in the option of leaving "download off" then the photographer can either send them them the photos via a final gallery or would the photographer go into the gallery and remove unselected photos and turn the download option on?
