Are you kidding me........putting a steak on a hot pan, and turning after 2 minutes is too hard all of a sudden. I think you guys have reinvented the wheel.

Using plastic bags doesnt work well. It pulls all the juice out of the meat. Need to use vacuum packed.

I'm not thinking this is a good concept, and I refuse to believe the steak looked like that after you BOILED IT IN A FREEZER BAG! I was born at night but it wasn't last night.
