This meditation is indeed wonderful. I didn't have any expectations before I listened, but I definitely wasn't expecting to feel so at peace with the person I met by the tree. I didn't know straight away what my token was and then towards the end of the meditation I realised. It wasn't something that I would have considered, but it was something that I really needed it. A big thank you.
