King Crimson at the Miller Time Concerts on the Pier, N.Y. 1984 Part 1

hey Larry seen been at same shows.

I was at these shows both nights. Sounds kind of more laid back than I remember.

Why no pics of the Crimson band at the time of the concert?

I was standing 2nd row center, more toward the right by Fripp, both nights. Mayor Koch did and intro. Tony was playing the bass, bass synth and bass pedals all at the same time on Larks Tongues III. The sound level is, of course, compromised here so the mids and highs are all topped off. The Intrepid Aircraft Carrier to the left of the pier. I was at the 'Beat' tour also not long before, same place which was the album before 'Three of a Perfect Pair..'

I was there both nights too!! I was up against the stage by Belew and Fripp. One of the best shows I had seen a the Pier , along with Stevie Ray Vaughan.
