I installed Purolator oil filter in my swift dzire Diesel ⛽ with MOBIL 3000 5W30 synthetic oil can I add mos2 in engine oil ? I mean I am afraid that it will clog that oil filter or should I switch to maruti oil filter ?

hi, i want to know that if i use AMSOIL 5w30 for my diesel car, is there any benefit to add Liqy moly MOS2 in it, or pouring mos2 in amsoil will damage / worsen engine oil quality or no benifit .

it will stay at the bottom of your engine if you park your vehicle very long time (more than 2 weeks). i put in the bottle and mix well. after 2 weeks, check again. the additive stay at the bottom. shake the bottle around 15 minutes before the additive mix again with the oil (but still have a little bit left at the bottom). not sure if this additive will mix well after you park your vehicle very long time. just worry if this additive will clog your oil pump. if you use your vehicle everyday, i think it's not a problem.

If you are using a good quality engine oil like Motul, then there is no need for this.

I use it on Duke 250 BS6 2020 model, which works very well. No sound at all during gear shifting, otherwise it was hard and I could hear the sound too.
The engine is smooth compared to before. Also, the grunt sound comes very clearly after adding it.

this liqui moly MOS2 still the best additive for smooth gear shifting on my motorcycle. I just use it when I facing hard gear changes because i try so many engine oil. not just 1 brand. try it 10ml first then if the gear shifting still not smooth, I add another 10ml. usually 20ml just enough to make my gear changes very smooth.
