Great technique, and looks mighty tasty. Thanks for sharing.
ОтветитьThank for the step by step recipe! Going to try tonight with some fresh Mahi. Would you recommend using the cast iron skillet on the grill?
ОтветитьYou NAILED it! I'm a Louisianian of over 50 years. The 3rd filet looks "spot on". This is how I learned to cook it, and it turns out AWESOME! Liked, Subscribed, and Bell "on"!
ОтветитьGreat job ! it's exactly what I was looking for . Sometimes the simplest is the best. Thanks
ОтветитьGood video. I subbed
ОтветитьWay too much butter!
ОтветитьThank you so much. Trying this tonight.
ОтветитьLooks good but where is the Lemon 🍋
ОтветитьDon't do this indoors 😊
ОтветитьGreat recipe! Thanks for sharing.
ОтветитьReally great video. I'm making. a blackened steak tonight on charcoal grill. My hubby doesn't want to have to turn off the smoke alarms again! Blackening in house is more than a smokey notion! 😅
ОтветитьThat's what's blackened is supposed to be! Looks awesome
ОтветитьLooks delicious!
ОтветитьYou had room for all three filets, the third or last will taste different because the butter is already burned.
ОтветитьIsn't this just burnt?
ОтветитьBurnt-Butter fish😂
ОтветитьDamn that last fillet looked cookbook-perfect, and I really liked the idea of using the blackened-oil-splash to finish out the fillet! It really added the right amount of color and (seemingly) flavor without feeling gross and burned. Now I gotta try this tonight
ОтветитьActually I'm from New Orleans and Paul Prudhomme developed the recipe for blackened fish. This is not blackened but it looks very good and I may try it.
