Solange is more than a Singer. She was the first Black Woman to Compose for the NYC Ballet and She does a lot in the Fashion and Art Industry. Because Beyoncé is Beyoncé it seems as if Solange’s career should be the same but that’s not what She wants for Herself. She has a Grammy and an Amazing body of Work.

Solange is better than Beyonce musically imo. That 3rd and last album was dope. It felt natural and organic w/ the live instrumentation. And as for beauty, Solange would get it over Beyonce. Beyonce wasn't even the finest in Destiny's Child. Kelly chocolate ass was. And after her, Latoya Luckett. This ain't hate, this is my honest opinion.

Of course you would be proud of you're star brother or sister, but imagine eveywhere you go people asking you about you're famous sibling and not even caring at all about you? I feel like she’s created the exact career she wants. Her fanbase and her lane is more niche which may have a smaller reach but i think her fans are super devoted and invested in her artistry in a completely different way than B.

Solange is not a candidate for this series. She has already proven to be successful on her own terms. Her growth is far from stunted. We have yet to see where else her artistic expression will take her.

Never in the shadows always a goat in her own right. Seat at the table was sublime she waited her time and released a masterpiece she has her self respect and soul in tact amen. She is highly respected I think in fact more her album was literally art❤

I honestly can’t believe people still try to play this Woman like she’s not an amazing artist in HER OWN lane. “When I Get Home” is a masterpiece. It’s about her coming into her own. you gotta respect it even if you don’t understand it ( which you should. If you’re a BLACK WOMAN.) I do feel like if you’re not one to care for substance in music, you never pay attention to lyrics fr, or your taste in music is….narrow (you only listen to the radio or what’s poppin at the time etc…) you probably not gone like her music or understand it for that matter. Looking at the two I feel Solange is the more creative one and more of the artist of the two. Beyoncé is the better performer and singer and has the right team behind her writing the songs and producing them and good PR team to build up Beyoncé’s projects.
