Could use your help on a comfort zone 18" floor fan. Watched your videos on the 12" model, so I took mine apart and oiled it up. But when I put the housing back on the fan it way too tight and won't spin. I don't even need to put the screws in and it's too tight. What am I doing wrong? Look forward to your answer.

My friend has what I believe is the 5881 cordless phone set that you mentioned in the video and they are having some issues with the buttons not registering when pressed. I'm not sure if it's from old age or heavy usage but hopefully it can be fixed.

On a side note They keep the base station in the laundry room with the networking equipment and they do use its answering machine.
