Ответитьstop holding your breath. you want to exhale as you push. It rushes oxygen into the musles and helps you lift more. Never hold your breath while pushing. Somthing done in this with multiple reps and no one there mentions it. It is said that doing a proper breathing patterns can help you lift up to 20% more in many cases. This is somthing we learned when i was 16 being trained by a record holding power lifter.
ОтветитьIf you can bench 225 for 2 then you can bench 405 for 1. 225x2 = 450 which is more than 225.

Ответитьfatique acummulation..bad programing. deload properly and ask for advice from pro trainer ( any type of periodisation - you are clealy not novice lifter and you need to periodise ur training in order to get stronger )
