ОтветитьSo glad Ihave stopped all of those. I had fatty liver. No longer do. I thought i would never be able to give up soda. It was very hard at first now I never even think of them. The same with grains. I loved bread. But not only was it bad for my liver it was so horrible for my gut. I had IBS, colitis bouts, reflux, constipation but now I rarely have problems. It is amazing what changing your diet can do.

2 get rid of any form of fruite..
3 get rid of any supplements.. try to eat the real food instat of supplementing it.. most supplement have aluminium/other metals/oil and i dont mean good oil.. i mean oil for machines and petrol and other chemicals.. no matter how much the company advertises that the supplement is bio or all natural..
that stuff is poisening you.. for short time to do something specific okey but not longe period of time..
4 try some detox wich gets rid of led or other metals out of your system or brain..
then you can leave grains out.. 99% of people who have gut issues or other immune issues are poisend bye metals or petrol or other chemicals .. you have to get rid of them/detox them first..
dont play with your microbiom with probiotic pills or so..
I call BS my cholesterol is high and eating meat all the time and eggs would kill me.Who can afford steaks everyday with the exception of chicken now and then u all must be wealthy!!!

ОтветитьOats(pure unrefined rolled oats) have less than 5% of fruitose. Normal person cant eat more than 200g of oats in one sitting. I barely eat 100g with milk and a spoon of Cocoa powder.

I know it's origins are backed by corporate interests and there are streamers and influencers getting paid to tell people the Wrong information
I'm doing 95% burger, and 5% chicken legs, and a LITTLE yogurt (for the probiotic) and a little cottage cheese and pork rinds to break up the monotony.. and it's FINALLY working-- after over a YEAR!!!! I STILL have cravings for choc/mint and cheese balls (which I don't do- but have the cravings)..

I did Keto for 5 years (and i still am) which saw me lose 103 pounds of body weight and reverse prediabetes. I had to quit beer because the sugar rush wrecked me, plus i was jumping out of ketosis. However, after years of research, I've found that sauvignon blanc dry white wine does none of that, so i hace 3 glasses every friday night.
