its actually not the same questions. often it gives you options in the online application, and options are not fitting to your status

Her work permit will be expiring in a few months so we need to re apply for that and on form i 765 it is asking for "eligibility category". We are unsure of what category to use. I am a born US citizen and we have been married almost 3 years. My wife has a green card and work permit. Hello, very informative. However, now the form does not accept "N/A" in some fields such as "Family name". It throws an error saying "Allows only letters, space and hyphen". The same applies for numeric fields such as "SSN Number" as you are only able to enter numbers in these fields. You cannot write "None".

FBI check was clear for original work app by lawyer who submitted nothing about home country misdemeanors. Struggling through renewal app, EAD already expired. Help appreciated 🙏

so i checked online and it just say my case was approved
but how do I know he applied for the employment permit?
after speaking to another friend, on her screen it shows the I-765 as a closed case.
