ОтветитьI would like to use a vibrant j style fitting on my front o2 sensor due to clearance with the frame, my question is would the pcm be able to read correctly and if so should I use the fittings on both front o2 sensors?
ОтветитьIs it good to change them all
ОтветитьFrustrating. I followed your video to the WellsVE catalog to find an oxygen sensor for my F-150. However, even a search on your website catalog does not recognize the term oxygen sensor.

ОтветитьTo All you non mechanic DO IT YOUR SELFERS, If you want confirmation that your being told 100% accurate information on how a system works and how to diagnose. This guy has obviously torched his brain in researching thoroughly to where he could diagnose these specific problems in his sleep, without sounding egotistical, I consider myself and actually know that I'm a very very good mechanic with 32 years experience and I have learned some new information from this guys videos, and like anything your not quite an expert at, constant, consistently, with consistency will make you an expert, what I mean is always understand how a system works before you even waste 1 minute in trying to diagnose, watch this video over and over until you can repeat it in your sleep and you will become a expert, hard off to these guys in sharing there brilliant knowledge with everyone

ОтветитьToo complicated made life harder!
oxygen sensors, tpms... all are annoying!
Please come up with farted air sensors for all vehicles so when people entering the car they know how fresh is the air inside their vehicles!
On my 03 Camry 2.4 Liter I keep getting the code P0141, I replaced the sensor after the catalytic converter and it came back on after 27 miles of driving. With the second replacement the light came back on after 1 mile.
It started with code P0420 so I replaced the catalytic converter and then it triggered the P0141 code. After replacing the cat code p0141 is gone but not p0420. When I test the sensor it reads 6.9 and a new one reads 16.3. Help please and thank you

Ответитьat 8mins: Im finally getting it! Combustion burning oxygen........ so greater difference on the element, referencing outside aid. If not burning oxygen (lean) / too much air in the combustion then low voltage. O2 is closer to outside O2 so therefore the element is less (active).
ОтветитьThank you for the descriptive videos on oxygen sensors

ОтветитьGreat video! Very educational. I wonder though if this O2 closed loop is fast enough for drag racing applications where the run is over in 8.50 seconds.
ОтветитьGreat hypothetical training. 2nd half Applied diagnostics is awful to follow.

ОтветитьHi I get a check engine light when the weather is cooler. My mpg has dropped, the spark plugs look clean with no brown or white haze to it. Can the upstream o2 sensor be the culprit? 2005 Lexus Gx470 2UZ
