The way I understand it US wheat is heavy sprayed at harvest time so all the grain will be ready at the same time. They still can call it organic though as long as it's not sprayed during the growing season. The toxins in the grain disrupts the gut flora.

Would love to eat bread,but every time I do I break out in hives. Don't understand why,have had numerous test and they show I'm not allergic to gluten. And it's not just bread,it's all grains,rice,corn,etc. I make make my own bread out of almond flour and coconut flour and it doesn't seem to affect me.

This fool is full of shit lol. When in Europe, where Is pend a lot of time and not on vacation but living there, the bread and the GLUTEN within does not bother me. In the states when living the same exact lifestyle, even getting local, same day fresh bread, by body can't handle it.

But this assclown has an agenda and his bank account depends on it.

Ok so I never comment on these videos but I'm sorry but this guy really doesn't know what he is talking about. I have a severe sensitivity to gluten. I've eaten wheat in the states and Europe. I've been sick both places from it. I have also had ancient grain non-GMO organic wheat from India (bought in the US) and can eat it with no problems. The problem is Genetic Modification, chemicals sprayed on the crops, chemicals absorbed into the ground and failure to rotate the crops to keep the nutrients in the ground that plants/crops need to be nutritious themselves.
The second issue is the way these foods are processed. Most wheat is highly processed, not allowing it to be naturally broken down by microbes which break down the gluten (and other proteins and nutrients) into a digestible state.
The difference between American wheat and most, but definitely not all, European wheat is that Europe has many bans against GMO foods and there are still many places that grow, handle, process and prepare wheat in a natural, old fashioned way.
And I'm not sure about you, but when I go on vacation, it's definitely not all unicorns and rainbows. There is a fair amount of stress when trying to communicate in a foreign language or understand the lilt and the proper do's and don'ts of the culture and driving in intimidating traffic with signs that are unfamiliar, and when plans go awry, it can be very stressful. Plus, I can be stressed out and eat ancient grain wheat and be perfectly fine, then on a peaceful day, eat American wheat and just about have to go to the hospital.
I have learned so much more on this topic than most modern medicine doctors and I am a walking "test lab" due to my experiments in the subject of many different foods. I'm not trying to be rude about this but I get defensive of those who, like me, have a serious issue and are being feed crap and lies and given the run around. Please learn from this post and read the book "Wheat Bellies" by Dr. William Davis. That book will get you started on the right path. But don't stop there. Keep doing more research and look for the true, scientific causes for your symptoms and not some vague or generic opinions that leave you un-equipped to start making a true change in your life.

Pretty much all European Bread is sprouted, fermented bread. In America you can't buy fermented bread widely, unless its sourdough bread made in a specialty bakery.

So so so wrong, such bs. I have become very gluten sensitive here in the States. On my yearly HIGH stress cycling trips in Europe where I ride 400+ miles in a one week period with 50,000 ' of elevation gain fueling is essential and not having access to American style breakfast food
I have been forced to eat lots of bread. I don't have the same sensitivities eating bread there as in the States so clearly something is different
about the wheat composition/processing....

I am super relaxed here in USA and every time I go to Europe to visit my family I fear physical injury and am stressed beyond my limits just thinking about all the discomfort and arguments I will have to endure. No such thing in US. So why does my digestive system so terrible in US but so much better in Europe where I am way more stressed and uncomfortable? You know what my hard scientific data is to back that up? It’s my own life experience.

I am from India, can you please tell how people digest Refined Wheat flour which contains toxin Alloxan and also bleached to make flour colour white?? In India we eat whole Wheat flour without gluten and rice...but foreign countries like US, UK, China are majorly dependent on Refined Wheat flour (also known as All purpose flour) because they only eat breads.. How do does their intestines clear the flour without allowing them to stick on it..?? Waiting for your reply...Thank you for sharing information in this video ..

Canadian Wheat has the highest gluten content in the world so yes there is a huge difference between the wheats ,Chinese wheat has the lowest gluten content. European wheat is in the middle ground. I know this because I did took a bakery class.

I spent a summer in the UK eating fresh baked organic croissants a few times a week. I did not notice any issues for two weeks and then my reaction was very mild. In the states when I eat gluten filled food, within the hour I become bloated, congested, sleepy, among other things.

I order all of my flour from France and Italy. In 2008, I was Dx with M.S., and I changed the way we eat. I went to entirely organic diet, raw milk, and started to grow most of our foods. I thank God we had bought a large country property 20 years prior, so I decided to make the entire property an organic food forrest. I don’t trust the US food system at all!! Since the original Dx, my MRI’s have not changed, and by the grace of God, I have stayed healthy. However, I make my own bread , pastries, and pastas. I do shop at Whole Foods and Azure, but I READ every label!!

I don’t eat under stress or while driving I am very relaxed and laidback. I am Egyptian who came to America seven years ago and never gained that much weight or had bloating like I have now . In Egypt We import wheat from Russia and Europe we eat lots of bread and rice and a lot more than here and I never gained weight like that in my entire life I gain ten pounds a year despite working out for a year I lost nothing of my weight even when I stopped all sweets . No other nation has the amount of gluten intolerance like here . I never even heard of it before I came here not even nuts allergies. Something is wrong here with food in many ways the high use of corn syrup in everything is crazy I even found it in yogurt and vitamins. In Egypt we use sugar to sweeten things here you put corn syrup in everything. There is a study on mice showing sugar weight gain vs corn syrup and the mice with corn syrup were 3 times more obese than the sugar group of mice . You need to talk to Your FDA their standards are lower than Europe they approve things that are banned in Europe . They want you to get sick to keep taking meds and go to doctors there is a mafia here in the medical system. This is not the health level I expected in the so called greatest country in the world .

If they tested it on a genetic level perhaps there are no real differences, however, did they test it on an inflammation level? I am sure the genetic test does not account for many things and the real issue here is inflammation which causes bloating. I don't think the answer of the parasympathetic nervous system is really a great answer as you are assuming everybody is stressed out in USA while they eat. I have had friends who went to Europe and did not get bloated or gain weight on their bread and pasta but yet they get affected in USA. I think there is a difference.
It isn't the state of stress of the person that causes it. People still sit and eat dinner in USA and will still get affected by bread or pasta differently than if they sit in Italy and eat the same meal.

Spare me! This guy has a lot of useless intelligence that precludes him seeing what is right in front of his face. The wheat is different (durum and white vs red), its not loaded with glyphosate and when they ferment it to make bread they do it slowly.
