They advertised an exciting Jammu & Kashmir trip including a Gondola ride, but canceled it just one day before our arrival—even after issuing the voucher, citing different reasons. If they can’t guarantee an experience, it shouldn’t be included in the package. It feels like they attract customers with promises they can’t keep, leaving you with no options at the last minute. This kind of service is incredibly disappointing. MakeMyTrip should prioritize transparency and reliability to prevent misleading travelers and spoiling their plans.
