🍂 I am testimony to what you are saying, Tony ♡ It's been 2 January's ago since I attended the virtual, "Unleash The Power Within". Outstanding! It has put me on a course. & Yes indeed! A follow-up mentor, coach could, does, will make all the difference in the world if you are genuinely committed. Oh! I know it!
Not to mislead, for reason of circumstance I have not had a coach yet.
Circumstance for me is "LARS", Extreme "Lower Anterior Resection".
If interested, there is information now. I won't go into the gory details. In 2011, an 'extreme' LAR was performed on me because of cancer. It's only been in less than this last yr had I ever heard the term, & the consequences of that r not that of a "hypochondriac" or a "drug seeker." Maybe a real pain in their arse.. they should have read my history.
I was told, "I would know when I ate the wrong thing." Boy Howdy!
One day in 2011, I was a person alive w energy! I KNEW I felt better! The next day for the rest of my life, my physical body is here & since April 2023, a healing & 1st night's sleep in yrs & yrs has begun to take place.
Tho, my Friend, no more am I trust worthy for being prompt, if at all. I lament mornings, coffee w friends, heading out, meeting clients, lunches, dinners, having parties, going, doing! &, ..conversation!.. I love conversation ☺️ depending on who we might be confabricating with & about what :)♡
15 yrs to get to this in healing. Who would have thought! How do we know until we've walked that mile.
Since 2012, much has been learned & unfolded about Lower Anterior Resections.. so it isn't just me.
I'm alive, I'm told. I do like being here. More days, my pumpkin turns into a coach for a few more hrs. But going into explanation is a lost cause & who wants to go there! It couldn't have been elbow cancer :)♡
I will gladly visit or answer questions ~ no problem ♡ Respectfully so 🍁

I’m not experiencing life I’m experiencing the life I focus on

Proverbs 4:25-27: "Let your eyes look straight ahead; fix your gaze directly before you. Give careful thought to the paths for your feet and be steadfast in all your ways. Do not turn to the right or the left; keep your foot from evil."

Learning to focus on God’s truth and not our own understanding is vital to experiencing a life worth focusing on.

I think my favorite way of changing my state is an action and posture of loving God with all my heart and loving others. Serving others seems to really be dynamic in altering my state, mind, and perceptions. Also, creating seems to very impactful.
