You need to do the counter it’s really sweet!

Couple things from a swax main. You only have to wild swing twice to do the overhead slam to buff axe mode. And during your focus mode attack you can switch to sword mode to finish with an instant full discharge and you can combo that into the full release. But yeah swagaxe is sick and I’m stoked.

On the sword mode, when you do the counter, you can follow up with a kind of jump spin attack

Nah bro SA is far from insane. Was amazing in rise. It’s complete ass right now. Never used LS til this demo and already getting similar kill times to the only weapon I’ve used over the last 5 years.

Got to admit Swax looks pretty good, but we haven't really seen how longsword looks with all the skills. I'm thinking with quick sheath 3, evade extender 3, powerprolonger 3 and focus 3 i can't wait to see how crazy we can go in the full game

Why is noone talking about the morph attaks? How many are there? Are they good? Need to know

This looks dope. But i still want a TRUE to form battleaxe... with some kind of berserker mode... like a variant of demon mode from the duel blades, but with super heavy strikes.

Surprised you didn't like it in World, it's not all that different in Wilds, albeit definitely improved. So great finding another weapon you love! I've fallen in love with the gunlance in Wilds. I'm thinking of running two setups; Charge Blade x Gunlance, and Switchaxe x Hammer

This weapon is a blessing in Rise Sunbreak.

Been using db and gunlance. This game also had me reawaken my CB main days 😂 especially with the overcharged phials. I said i was gonna use something different this gen but I cant resist LS 😂 I started in 4u maining cb and ig, then world was ls and gs, rise was hbg n lance, now? Ive narrowed it down to gunlance, db, cb, and LS. But idk which two i want to do the play through to end game with

Longsword is my go to weapon. But the Switchaxe was outstanding in sunbreak what a fun weapon to play with.

as a LS main, i always wanted to use it since world. never really had the chance to dive deep with it, but i've been playing with many different weapons in wilds beta that i havent really used as much and for some reason they really did a great job having a good feel with each weapon. i got to play more switchaxe in the beta and its pretty cool! i still need to learn how to do the crazier moves, but its still fun!

Is ZSD same as world or rise?

I mained hammer in World but I might have found my new main , it looks so fluid

I feel like chargeblade seems to be getting the fastest kills if played semi optimally. Even faster than LS

The only thing I don’t like about SA in Wild, is the guage icon. Might just be me, but when I sit in my living room, I have a pretty hard time seeing the info in the guage. It’s just so small and the visuals doesn’t pop as much. In World, I only needed to glance at the corner, to see my guage info.

Good job now they going to nerf it 😅

I heavily disagree with the switch axe being busted. Feels a lot clunkier and weaker than it was in rise/world
