What would I do ? Same thing I did when one appeared in my yard. I tried to make friends with it while my husband and kids yelled at me from inside of the house. It came closer and then kinda looked at me like you are supposed to be scared of me. If wildlife kills me then it's all on me.

Actually good mullet roe is smoked almost dry but not quite. It's the fat I believe that gets you. So you don't want "wet roe" but dry, but not too dry. I say about 75-80% dry.
