Quickbooks Online Undeposited Funds

Hi Mark! Out of curiosity, I'm wondering what the interaction with bank feeds is like in a transaction like this. Is this something I could apply directly from the bank feeds? Or would I need to do this step first, and then 'match' in the bank feeds?

Hello, what if the deposit goes automatically into the bank for a service that has been provided? My client runs a towing company and most of her income goes directly into her account when her customers swipes their credit card. How can I code the payment method then?

but what about landlords rental properties
Now if we make sales receipt of undeposited cheques in account of undeposited funds so
unearned rental income still zero
Only undeposited account and rent income appear.
Then when I deposit cheque
I see only balance in bank and earned rental income
So how to treat this (QBO plus)
I mean unearned income not appear in these cases so the income balance is not correct because it's inclusive in advance period

I process my cash sales in square, I linked my square account to Quickbooks. Quickbooks put it under undeposited funds. can I create a petty cash account and deposit undeposited funds into the petty cash account if i want to keep the cash on hand?

I have a situation where I am cleaning up the balance sheet on one quickbook account, and I came across a $2500 and some ch undeposite figure, I managed to trace the figures to multiple Transactions, how can the 2500 out of the balance sheet? I greatly appreciate in advance and again thank you for your videos.
