In frozen February on the Chesapeake, I’m afraid the personal EPIRB isn’t for rescue but recovery if you end up in the water—even if you get your extra socks on 🥴
In addition to your standard purse/go bag, I’d want to add at least an insulated drysuit and maybe a dinghy & raft options (depending on the air & SST).

Also, a tablet & phone with your Nav Apps, flashlight/headlamps/spare battery, second EPIRB (& drysuit) for my mate.

Do you you think there is a higher risk delivering a brand new boat fresh from the factory due to manufacturing errors —-flooding, fuel leak/fire, electrical failures/fire. I️ do. I’m a former Pax River test pilot and have seen brand new jets delivered with surprising latent defects on delivery flights from the factory. And new boats are notoriously dodgy.

Do you have manufacturer Tech Support during delivery or are you an agent of the new owner without that?

Do you use a checklist for prep and delivery or do you have a superBrain? You seem pretty super.

Have you found any manufacturing defects that were significant on your past trips? (Loose thruHull hose that pops off, loose electrical cable that arcs, or fuel leak, inoperative power helm window?

If you get a late start, do you pull in short of your destination before nightfall or proceed in the dark? (I think we’re about to find that answer out)
(Discussing some of this risk management might make for a great content— well, at least to me)

Over my years of trucking went in and out of lost of ports. Until after 911 and twiks came in effect it took to many hours to get in and out. Pretty kool job young lady. Great video..👍
