Anarchic Starport gives me serious Battlestar vibes.

It's all fun and games until you hear "Capital class ship detected" upon detecting a frame shift.

Hey I’m here post death of elite to say that 6th movement is still my favorite space music piece out of all sci-fi music tracks ever created. It fully encapsulates the feeling of traveling at ftl speeds going where nobody has ever been before.

This music is giving me the feels. I may have to pick up my corvette again. Maybe unlock the packhound.

I need a whole album like 10. Allied Starport but a horror theme for deep space on Elite..

I was there. Truly there. I lived it, saw it, felt it - the palpable end of an era where deep human emotions could be tied to video games. To stand for the last time on the halo 2 servers on Lockout - not knowing I would never do so again. Finishing the fight for good. My last hyperspace jump - when will that be? The past is an amalgam of forgotten farewells - moments that passed without our ever realizing their significance. It is these moments that define where we are in life. Where we have come. What we have left behind. All of us can relate. Can feel the pull to return to these forgotten places to either make peace with their departure from our life or just to experience it one more time. But we never will. We will never be here again.

I just discovered elite dangerous when i bought meta quest 3 a month ago .... ED is my new drug now .... Experienced ED for the first time ever and that too in VR ....

One of the best parts about Elite Dangerous is the soundtrack. You can listen to your own music, sure, but nothing captures the grand - and slightly lonely - feeling of flying through the void like the OST. These songs have kept me company while hauling cargo from one port to another, my cat sleeping beside me (she's always my snoozing copilot) as we move ever-onward.
