The Anime Effect or the Real Life effect? lets say for this comparison, both of their summoning method is the same so for now, lets use the "Can't be fusion summoned except by fusion summoning Cyber Dragon + 1 or more machine monster on the field". Would the " I attack you and applied 400 burn damage to your life point while I can attack as many fusion materials that I used" be more broken than just a flat out "Increase the ATK and DEF of this card by 1000 x fusion materials that you used"?
