Capirinha

Just to make some of internet folks happy here goes a caipirinha recipe:
You're gonna need cachaça (Brazilian rum, you can use white rum instead but it does make a difference so try to find the real thing)
Two limes
Sugar (avoid refined sugar tho)
Cut one and a half lime in quarters put the slices in a glass with two spoons of sugar then squeeze them together to release the juices, put two or three cubes of ice and crush them as well, and then you put the cachaça one cup should do the trick. now it's time to give it a little shake, use the other half lime you have as garnish in a wide glass with some more ice cubes and pour the drink in decorate the glass with a thin lime slice if you want to. Enjoy :D

Caipirinha is one of my favorite drinks it's very strong but also has some sweetness on it, is very refreshing beeing an awesome drink to enjoy in a hot day.
