ECMO (and God), saved my daughter’s life.

I was an ARDS patient and got the chance to be in a research study. I was at OHSU in Portland oregon. I was in a medically induced coma for 12 days. I was in multi organ failure and had a slim chance. My mom was offered the choice of signing me up for a university of Michigan study and thank God she did because it saved my life! They offered gift cards for follow up interviews over the next year bjt i really would do it for free.
