I've never understood the Mayweather hate. Who didn't he fight? Ali? Tyson? Liston? It has to be a joke. He fought them all. And what is the purpose of boxing? To hit and not get hit. Floyd might well be the greatest fighter the ring has ever seen. He leaves the sport almost a billionare and has all his facilities. Yeah, what a loser.

I know were supposed to hate him and honestly I don't have a personal opinion about the guy but damn can he move. There has never been another boxer that just looks like he knows what is coming. When you see his tactic it makes sense that he never lost. If you can be that good defensively yet while dodging a punch being able to throw one hard enough to stud the other guy it can only ever really go one way. Also I am pretty sure the guy has 3 of the same million dollar car just in different colors lol

I do however think having the McGregor fight as the one to get him to 50-0 is a bad way to end the career. It should have been against a boxer as an UFC fighter boxing you're taking away 2 of the 3 means of fighting an ultimate fighter is accustomed and has trained for. Mayweather had obviously always been boxing but Mcgregor was used to having both his legs and submission at his disposal. Not that he would have likely won in the octagon against Floyd but still seems more gimmicky than prize fight.
