Spritzing is fine but you don't wanna spray the fat cap as you want the fat to continue to render and you're just cooling the fat down.

Can't stand the ones that use Dr pepper or add brown sugar, because it turns what could be a very healthy dish into something very unhealthy. Meat should never have sugar in it. The only thing you could maybe add for a little bit of sweetness is honey.

ОтветитьSo I only used lather for ribs and brisket, I don’t lather the pork and all and the seasoning sticks to it just fine. I just don’t feel like the lather is going to affect that much of the meat. But maybe I’m wrong.
