Update on Copyright Strike on My Product Review

You know what you do as a good company when you get a bad review? You reach out to the person and ask them what you can do to a) improve your product and b) what you can do to make it right with the reviewer.

You should sue them for causing you emotional distress with their false and illegal copyright claim.

You should speak to the BlackBeltBarrister on YT, what they did (threatening a lawsuit with no legal basis is actually illegal) is covered by harassment law in the UK. You should also report the Solicitors who got involved to the SRA (Solicitors Regulation Authority) since they breached their code of conduct.

The "DMCA" email can't even string a coherent English sentence together, so there's your clue. Also, "will be handled by our attorney, Mr." - uh yeah, every scam email I get comes from a Mr. or a Mrs., like people actually talk that way in the real world.
