I knew this already but I don't think alotta ppl get that if he came across as a dick on the show it's because he's mainly getting talented kids who are trending downwards and are on the brink of working low level jobs and getting kicked outta college. And his job is to change them and there habits and turn them into strong men. Hearing him talk about all the kids he's helped and none of them got kicked out once they left shows that his methods are successful. Imagine how stressful to his job is when he's dealing with a big group of guys who are doing the wrong stuff and his job depends on how successful they do on and off the field. It would look bad on him if there getting into trouble, not going to class , and being a problem and off the field. This is his job.

It sucks Jason brown can’t get a job. A lot of the talented athletes he had didn’t have dads with no structure just went off peer talent but you need discipline also. I grew up playing sports with out a dad and I needed a coach like Jason brown with foot up my butt hard on me or I’d end up drifting off into bad decisions.
