PERU PACKING TIPS - 1 week in JUST a carry on!

Allison, you have such great travel style, I’ve really been enjoying your “unpack with me” series! Did a trip to Peru about 4 years ago, was cool seeing some of the places again. Love, love, love y’all’s compression cubes, have bought them as gifts for friends and promote them whenever I can 😊.

I appreciate how you make travelling seem so approachable and less intimidating.

I loved this video so much. I got so many good tips and not just for outfits. I’m going to thosse hot springs in Aguas Calientes bc of you. What shoes do you recommend me taking? I’m thinking a pair of hiking shoes (I won’t be doing the Machu Pichu hike) I’m taking the train. But I am doing the Humantay hike. And regular tourism in Lima I guess and Cusco (Larco Museum, Huacachina). I don’t own hiking boots and tennis (i learned recently thats a thing xD prob would be a better option for me. Also bag pack or purse for everyday?

Wearing jeans on a plane ride is criminal

Surprised you haven't discovered my tip: leave the jeans home. Pack nylon and polyester. They can be washed in the sink and will dry by moring. Saves some changes.

Because of a trip (1 day) to rainbow mountain, I needed hike boots. Is there other places I can utilize my boots? I leave tomorrow

What time of the year were you there? Packing tips depend on the time of the visit. We will be going in early December. What would you suggest? Thanks a lot.

I'm going on a South America cruise, where we start out in 90 degree weather with high humidity, then going on the ship to the Antarctic, where it will be freezing, with high winds and below zero wind chill. We will be on the trip for about 3 weeks.
What should I pack?
For roasting and freezing, lol!
