im a relatively new player and i was wondering if anyone has any tips to improve my aim when over arm serving/ spiking?

these videos really put into perspective how slow my movements and approach are on the court, thanks! question tho, i will primarily be playing right hitter this szn, and was wondering if you had any tips for timing and positioning for hitting, as i’ve gotten everything else down for the most part

Can you tell me your GoPro settings because I'm trying to get POV shots so I can improve and see my mistakes but I can't get the right settings and lighting.
