ОтветитьI have a question about cleaning fish on the boat. if there is a creel limit and or size limit and you don't have a game warden on the boat aren't you leaving yourself open for a citation? How are you going to prove size, species and creel limt?
Ответитьwhat a waste of good fishmeat!
ОтветитьGreat video thank you
ОтветитьYou wasting the whole fish.
ОтветитьGreat video! Thank you!! 💪🏻🇺🇸👍
ОтветитьWe like to cut the artery in the gills and bleed them out. Quick kill and the filets aren't full of blood, they end up all white/clear. Thanks for the tips on fishing these hybrids!
ОтветитьIf you have a good knife with good steel, you don't need an electric knife. Stop buying "American made knives" because they're all made in China. China steel, China components. Hate to say it, but unless you're trying to spend $400 MINIMUM, you are NOT getting American made anything, and even then, these workers are getting paid slave wages... You still aren't getting proud craftsmanship. You want good steel, good craftsmanship, look at Swedish and Ukrainian blades. Best bang for your buck. You'll spend a fraction of the price and get a really good knife. The $80 I spent on this "American" Buck bullshit, I could have spent on a Ukrainian blade and got better steel, better craftsmanship, and an ACTUAL FULL TANG. What a joke.
Anyway, I carry a stone with all my kits regardless of tackle, hunting, camping, or backpacking. You should, too. Fuck carrying an electric blade. It's trash, and eventually needs sharpened just like any other blade. Better to carry good knives and not have to deal with it. At the end of the trip, clean all your stuff, and sharpen your blades. Double check them when you arrive and get everything going- you have nothing better to do while waiting for a bite than sharpen your knives, regardless of the situation- maybe you're hanging out with a ton of people, you start sharpening, and somebody will approach you and ask how to sharpen a knife.
This is really generic info. I was looking up vids for my kid and some friends before I take them and saw this. It's trash for a beginner for the most part (how to waste meat 101: use electric blades), and super useless for anybody that has fished and cleaned them. Why am I not seeing videos from the Dept of Fish and Widlife THEMSELVES on how to do things correctly? What, you guys don't know how to do the fucking thing you're badgering and giving tickets for?
how to they know the identification of the fish if they fillet and do not keep carcass? how do they know it is a legal fish
ОтветитьI wouldn't advise you to show up at a Texas boat ramp with just filets, I don't think you'll be able to find the right words if a game warden looks at your catch.😂😂😂😂😂
ОтветитьNo doubt, striped bass, hybrids are excellent table fair!!!
ОтветитьThank you very much. My daughter wants to go fishing for some but I had no idea how to target them.
ОтветитьIs the meat fishy or do you cut the red out like sandbass?
