I never liked gold and silver because it would be gone in a robbery. If economy goes so bad where money loses value, I would expect there would be a lot of robberies by people looking for gold. Some major companies will stay in business and their stock will retain value just like money. Also foreign stock also an option. All the world's currencies would not lose all value at once.

PayPal was issuing warnings 2 years ago about fining people who step out of line with what they say on websites and social media.

Why doesn't the government get involved. How does 30 million dollars disappear? Evolve Bank and Trust has over a billion dollars in assets. A class action with a jury should hold Evolve Bank liable and pay back people twice what they are owed. It is obviously in the hands of Evolve as it appears that the other banks had little of the money.

A perfect storm is brewing in the United States. Inflation, bank collapse, severe drought in the agricultural belt, recession, food shortages, diesel fuel and heating oil shortages, baby formula shortages, available automobile shortages and prices, the price of living place. It's all coming together and it could lead to a real disaster towards the end of this year (or sooner). With inflation currently this high, my primary concern is how to maximize my savings/retirement fund of about $300k which has been sitting duck since forever with zero to no gains
