How third world do you want to get? i was born in a S. American county where no individual rights exist. Corruption is the norm no doubt about it. Police are just hired criminals to do someone's bidding for money. Literally its chaos. I also travelled extensively throught S. America and I found out that my country was no different in corruption from most, if not all of S. American nations. Therefoie, I am saddened that this corrupt mentality has now infiltrated America. I live in portage. This is “my” sheriff. We live in a 90% trump neighborhood and I’m not a sign person usually but my husband put a few Harris/Walz ones in our window and I won’t lie I’m concerned. I pull into town and there’s a corner filled with pro-Trump signs and a pro-sheriff sign. It’s slightly unnerving and I hope we can vote him out because those in power won’t remove him.

What I find even more infuriating is the family and friends I have who are voting differently than me think the sheriff was right in what he said and I can’t seem to get them to comprehend that what they’re cheering for can cause harm to me and my family.
