What year was this
ОтветитьPiper looks rough.
ОтветитьThan you for this! ❤
ОтветитьAre we in the 80’s and 90’s? Because I believe our childhood has resurfaced.💯
ОтветитьThese two were genuine friends, and it makes you feel warm inside, or at least a little happier than you were before. RIP to one of my childhood heroes Hot Rod.
ОтветитьThere is ABSOLUTELY NO EXCUSE for Ivan Koloff not being in the WWE Hall of Fame. It is shameful. Don’t know what Koloff did to piss off Vince and can’t recall anyone every saying anything other to wonder why. Koloff spent many years as a minister after his wrestling career — cleaned himself up and became a beloved grandfather figure to so many. Flair is spot on that Hogan and Piper should have been the marquis entries in different years. Fortunately, Flair inducted Piper…
ОтветитьFlair showing us why he should never be in politics as he shits on mobile homes. He's too out of touch and ignorant to realize that a large amount of his fans live or have lived in trailers.
ОтветитьRoddy looks like a biker's wife in this.
ОтветитьIt sounds like hot rod. sure doesn't look right. Big time face lift? An imposter in a Rubber mask? Check out those neck wrinkles. He just doesn't look quite right.
ОтветитьRoddy Piper RIP ☠️🙏 7/31/2015
Ответить2009-2010 interview
ОтветитьMy two favorite wrestlers of all time!
ОтветитьPiper looks depressed he had a rough upcoming pat paterson didnt help
ОтветитьBut wrestling isn’t as good as before. Internet ruined wrestling. I couldn’t wait until next Saturday to see how the house shows turned out. Wrestling today sucks.
ОтветитьFlairs opinions on guys are based mostly on jealousy….
His hatred of Sue, he despised him because fans couldn’t help but like the guy, he got over without talent and ability, his look pretty much was he had, however he’s still a legend, he was a huge draw, and also had that look; he wasn’t only given the horseman role which most fans think was the best set, sid, windam, fkair, Arn… however fkair, if the choice was his we wouldn’t know who did is?!
Funny how all these interviews 15 plus years ago talking about the UFC have not aged well. LOL
ОтветитьI knew it would be a great interview when I saw Roddy drinking RedBull
ОтветитьBoy he was wrong about MMA and Captain Phillips wasn't he lol🤦♂️
ОтветитьTom Jones needs to be in the hall of fame
ОтветитьYou guys say this is 15 years ago well he got diagnosed in 2009 so you would be depressed too and he probably already knew he was sick .
Ответить🔥
ОтветитьI had a phone in show in Ottawa for 17 years. Roddy was supposed to come on for 15 min. and his favourite caller would get a free book... He was higher than a kite... but he stayed for a whole hour! Then he ordered his publisher to send me another 20 books to give away to every caller!! Miss him so much... so sad he couldn't conquer himself.
ОтветитьI miss this version of Highspots (At one point they did some outstanding shoot interviews bought so many VHS & DVD’s during there peak
ОтветитьRear to see the Nature Boy in Blue Jeans
ОтветитьWhat year was this?
ОтветитьYou already know ric flair miss piper
ОтветитьRoddy .... We still miss you.
Ответитьric flair living in a trailer would be an amazing reality show.
ОтветитьI never really appreciated Flair at the time when he joined WWF. In fact, I was lukewarm to him being champion and getting so much air time. He was more a joke character with his ring antics and promos imo. It's not until later in life I got the opportunity to learn more about him and see so much footage on YT and hear interviews that I've got so much respect for him and rewatch his matches.
Piper I loved to watch. I am from Glasgow tho so had that connection to the character. I think back fondly of that era.
Fire Pro Wrestling Sports Entertainment Universe
ОтветитьPipers plastered
ОтветитьI was expecting crap quality ..this was great.
ОтветитьBobby Eaton and the Midnight Express absolutely deserve to be inducted into the Hall of Fame! It is a shame that Windham and Rotunda weren't recognized individually for their outstanding solo careers, instead of just their time as a tag team. I'm not certain if Adrian Adonis and Dick Murdoch have been inducted, but they certainly should be. Windham's previous induction with the Four Horsemen seems somewhat unfair to Ole, who deserved his own place in the Hall of Fame. Unfortunately, due to his controversial comments towards Linda McMahon and others, that was unlikely to happen. However, Ole's contributions as a part of the Minnesota Wrecking Crew with both Gene and Arn cannot be denied. The Boogie Woogie Man is another well-deserving candidate for the Hall of Fame. And what about incredible jobbers like George South and Mike Jackson? They were truly exceptional wrestlers who should not be overlooked. These are just a few names that come to mind, but let's not forget the long overdue recognition for Andy Kaufman. It's absurd that someone like Drew Carey made it in before him when Kaufman brought wrestling into the national spotlight. And we mustn't overlook Cyndi Lauper either! She should certainly have a place in the celebrity wing, just as Mr. T did, considering her significant contribution to the Rock N Wrestling movement.
ОтветитьOne of my favorite interviews two goats right here miss ya piper!
Ответить“He’s smirking at me, I think I’m gonna smack him” Lmaoo Roddy was the best.
ОтветитьI think John Tolos should be in the Hall of Fame. Not what he did for WWF, who did not give him a chance, but for his contribution to the Los Angeles market in the 60;s, 70's, & 80's.
ОтветитьI would listen to Flair talk about divorce forever.
Ответить2 of the greatest ever on the mic in pro wrestling history. So much talent on one screen.
ОтветитьI met Flair once and he was very quiet and soft spoken but willing to chat nonetheless. It sucks I never got to meet Piper though, I was shocked when I'd seen that he'd passed away at only 61 years old.
ОтветитьGreat interview
ОтветитьIs anyone "worthy" of being in a sports entertainment hall of fame?
Absolutely!!! Literally if you Know his/her name they BELONG!!!
That's entertainment
They talked about being a standard for the hall of fame and I agree there should be. McMahon founded the company in 53' so that is as far back as I would go with inductions. I also think each person nominated should have wrestled at least once for the company unless that are a celebrity outside of wrestling. I would also only allow celebrities who impacted the wresting business for wwe in a huge way (ex cindy lauper, Mr T ect ect).
ОтветитьSex offenders
ОтветитьI’m gonna say it because it’s how I feel. I always thought Hulk Hogan was overrated af!! I honestly couldn’t stand him after couple years. It was same old gimmick eat your vitamins brother, don’t do drugs brother, slap your granny and momma brother!! Hahaha I could go on BRother.. Every character he played that Brother bs would be said over and over till I wanted to puke. I thought he was big and slow and boring.. Roddy here was way better all the way around and I feel Ric Flair is the best ever !! He could do it all and no one could play a bad guy like he could as well as Roddy . These two are legends these two besides the VonErichs and undertaker are who I think about when I think about being raised watching wrestling. They stood out . Bobby E was another damn good manager the best.. I can listen to these two all day. I miss Roddy so much. Wish he was still here… Ric doesn’t realize just how much he made wrestling.. without these two think about that! If these two never were wrestlers omg be a sad day in wrestling I can tell you that!
ОтветитьI miss Piper. Sending love from Winnipeg, his old stomping grounds.
ОтветитьWow. This is brilliant. Thank you for sharing
