From experience, having a boiler in a bedroom will be horrendous in the summer when the boiler is on but toastie in the winter. Love your vlogs you’re doing a fab job ❤ edit: I didn’t realise until later that the room won’t always be the kid’s bedroom. 😊

If you’re doing it in quarters you need to put rebar out the end of each quarter to connect into the other one otherwise they’re all going to rise and fall with frost heave at different rates and it will look horrendous
