Note: The reason the airscrew was out 2.5 turns, is because there was no spring on it..it's suppose to be more like 1.5 turns out unless the pilot jet has been changed...

hey I got a 93 kx 250 and gas just pores out of the overflow. I think it might have to do with the inlet needle and O-ring but not sure. would know or anyone know what might be wrong and give me some advice?

So, as far as I understand it, there are only two things which can cause an overflowing carb: 1) Sunken float or 2) bad needle valve/seat.  So if my float is ok, then I need to buy a new needle valve/seat/o ring kit, right?

do you know how to set the idle and air mixture I have a CR 125 2001 model and its bogging in first gear setting off and its just had a top end rebuild the bike I have to keep clutching the bike to set of faster an ideas on how to sort this out ?

any reasons why my 2001 cr125 honda carb wont coome apart theres onl;y 12 screws that i see on the bottom gas float thing and it wont come off when i try to clean it. anyt reasons

when i tried to put the needle seat back in with a new o ring it kept bunching up in the 2 grooves in the side wall of the seat. how did you not run into this problem or if you did how did you get around it?
