Ok, am I missing something? It's a cool boat and all but couldn't all bone stock offshore cigarette boats in that size class smoke this thing on a day like that. I mean you can go buy an off the shelf 50' AMG Mauader that would be able to do that run in 1 hr buzzing along at 130 mph in those conditions. HCB's 65' Estrella could do it in about 2 hours if you didn't stop to troll lines. In fact, there are many center console fishing boats over 50' that can cruise well over 50 mph and hit 80 mph if you pin it.
