PCC are for the long camping trip off the grid where you have a pistol and a long gun to get food + defense. Throw a pile of ammo in a bag and it works in both guns. Wish there was a backpack light 8-12" barrel 10mm to match the pistol in bear country and taking down large small game - pigs and such.
I wish there was a light Ruger LC carbone in 10mm or more guns to compete with it.

The tp9 looks like it has less rail space because there's no way you can mount anything above the charging handle without disabling kt.

Opinions are like a**holes - everyone has one. I too bought a Rock to test. It didn’t work. Sent it back, they said magazine was binding. Got it back and it was maybe 95% accurate. I shot about 500rd through mine. I had several malfunctions after getting it back. It was tolerable for a range gun, but I’d never ever carry something like that. So then you buy this chassis from PSA… why??? A FN PS90 is 100% reliable (I had a SBR one and never a single issue). My cousin has one too - I think he paid like a grand plus tax. I just looked - you can buy one new under $1,300. Magazines you can find for $35 (big box will charge $50). Why on earth would you choose PSA over a FN at that price? Get the FN and then try to source a barrel. Once you have the rifle it’s not a big deal to do the form and then yes, a gunsmith does have to do the barrel swap. If you give up on that, save for that PS90 chassis from this video. Either way, I would go with the FN.

That all said, I sold mine. I had a Rock and FN Five-Seven too. The Five-Seven handgun was one of the best shooters I’ve ever had. I miss shooting it, but I didn’t have confidence in the round and I cannot see any use for it. The round doesn’t do what it’s supposed to do unless you buy LE/Military regulated ammo on the street which goes for the low low price of $8 a round. That’s $400 for one magazine full in the PS90… regular ammo types do not pierce even level III body armor. James I think even tested this! I know Lucky Gunner and garand thumb did.

That all said, I have went back to the SP5 and am sticking with it. For those that want to fight and say 9mm PDW Platforms are useless for civilians I will say okay, then we are agreeing 300blk is the new gold standard? Because it is. They just cost way too much for most of us to own a good one, so for that reason I stick to the SP5.

My only issue with the PSA X9 is that mags are 50 bucks a pop. Other than great idea.

It genuinely hurts me that the x57 has an angled grip and not the more, true to form, straight grip they gave the x9.....we were soooo close to having an affordable mp7 "clone" but that angled grip just throws the whole thing off. I really really really hope they style the exterior of the x9 to resemble the x57/mp7.
