Nice time-saving process for buttering the thing after the oven step! I've always put the sandwich in a hot dry pan, flipped, buttered the toasted side, flipped, buttered the now-toasted other side, and flipped again. Brill idea to put the butter in half the hot pan and just lift the sandwich onto it once the first side's toasted.

The only time it's acceptable to eat cheese and fish at the same time is bagels and lox...

On a diet, whilst on a fast. Several hours in not the best time to watch something looking so damm tasty 😋

I often find tuna quite dry, I found out about red salmon recently, makes great melts.
