Super People Is Officially DEAD...

Sad, I never played it, but I enjoyed watching streams of it even more than PUBG.

It died because they didn’t have any US severs

It's literally copy paste of PUBG and just added super powers. Not much special, not much different. It's always bound to fail.
Not to mention they spent more money in tournaments (that I could guess was plagued with cheaters) than in actual marketing.

You can't start spending money on hosting tournaments when the base game isn't even finished and there's not enough exposure to begin with. It's just overall a massive mess.

They force a Gamer tag on me that I didn't want

This game was a threat to PUBG pc when released. That’s why pubg became free.

SP is a niche battle royale but it was catering to their fans 100%. They got rid of too many things the fans liked and there it went downhill.

i think one of the main things that all new FPS games should have is : the Fortnite Feature that allow more player to join in ; the performance mode
having less hardware specific games will make more people want to try it at least and give it the time to understand the mecanics (something i really wish they make on PUBG)
having more people playing with casual hardware opens up the window for players to play casually and reduces the stress on the dev team for employing more BOTS
thats just my opinion, and physics wise the game is fine but it felt like a mobile game on a simulator on the first days of trying it , and they should've thought about super people = super mechanics which leads to no fall damage just like apex, no?

I liked this game at first hoping that it would become the fun version of pubg with ability like apex.
But the problem is that the balancing is wayy off, from the gun damage to skills.
Dmr damage reduced to almost nothing the further the distance is, in real world logic yes it works, but then in game, theres almost no reason to pick dmr if you can handle any rifle recoil, just laser anywone with ak.
The skill balance is also stupid, some skills has lethal damage while other like teleport is almost useless, teleport behind enemy is just dumb way to die, they can react faster when they hear the teleport sound effect. While teleporter got disoriented most of the time after teleporting.
On the other hand you can easily nuke peoples inside houses without exposing yourself in a gunfight.

If it is launched in mobile phone version it will gather more audience

It's so sad because super people had potential, even Choco taco was excited about super people because it was a new experience but also similar to PUBG. This game had potential and it was fun with the perks, njst like WARZONE and Apex Legends have. However, it failed because they didn't listen to their fan base and got rid of squads and a bunch of other things. They were doing too much in the wrong way.

As a BR fan myself, I would love to see Halo become a BR game because the only popular BR game right now is Apex Legends and Fortnite. With Warzone and Forntite having the highest number

i hope they somehow comeback again.. i really like super people with the unique crafting BR but in SP2 they remove it at one point that what makes me leave the game.

This was the game that with some character nerfs, could kick out PUBG and CODW from the market. It was way much better optimized than most of the shooters.
Probabbly Pubg or Cod Warzone bouth him with an insane ammount of money and destroyed it.

This game was amazing, until all the cheaters joined, the devs started arguying with each other, and they didnt region lock china…first month of Super People was the best hands down

Just found this video because I was thinking about this game. Didn't even know it had an EA release, which is a shame cuz I was looking forward to playing it. Thought the alpha/beta was a ton of fun, shame it died.

You either die the hero, or become the villain. I dont blame them for not wanting to sit around and waste time and money watching their game die.

I really enjoyed the betas for the game, then when they fully released the game the audio would cut in and out and the hackers in the game were super annoying and they had players from china in Na servers.

Hello! I am Argentine and I have played Super People from the beta until the arrival of Super People 2. Personally, we will never again find a battle royale as complete and fun as Super People was in our lives. Today I play PUGB and it is not the same. , it doesn't have that extra fun that Super People had. I really miss it a lot and I don't understand why they don't buy the rights to the game to continue producing it. I send you a big greeting and thank you for this video. SUPER PEOPLE FOR EVER!

super people was the best BR out there, and it was ruined by the devs. I wish to god someone would buy this from them and launch it properly pre-super people 2. After first beta is its prime. bring crafting back.

Game was very fun to play (at one point) and I loved the graphics, level design, crafting weapons feature, different classes, etc. Too bad the developers couldn't listen to the players and kept ruining it with each new update until the player base completely died and they had to shut it all down.

I honestly forgot I even had this game downloaded, i tried to open the app and was met with app failed to update, i checked and found out it was shut down.

Devs should have put this game on Android Mobile,.. for example look at "Blood Strike" highest grosses Battle Royale game on Mobile and it's crap asl

I just realized today that this game died... completely forgot about it. They really shot themselves in the foot when they took the start that was so good and started changing crap and then renting cosmetics. It really killed it and it's sad, I loved it when the first test came out.

Was excited to play this game with my buddies. But it was in closed beta or early access for such a long time. We forgot about it. I Didn't even know it got released and now it's dead 😂Happens with all these shitty games that they hype up but wont let you play. People will forget about it and then it dies.
