Extremely useful video TDL thank u yea very applicable now for me too much pre lol
ОтветитьI have a low tolerance for caffeine. I never was a big coffee drinker, abd now I can't have it at all because it's a trigger food for my ibsd
I do have coffee in my home I make kombucha with. I also have black, green, and oolong tea I do that with because, trigger food.
The only caffeine I tolerate at all is white tea and mio engery (yes I know mio has aspartame and other bad stuff, I limit heavily abd as long as t doesn't have sucralose I'm not overly concerned).
I do like coffee, so if I'm wanting it I make dandelion coffee for the coffee flavor but add white tea for the caffeine.
If I overdo caffine I'm doing laps around Pluto for like 4-6 hours. I'm wired, not jittery just a combo of Energizer bunny on steroids and squirrel with a sugar high.
I do have to have caffeine some days because I have 3 major psych diagnosis which come with depression symptoms. During the colder months the shorter days cause that to flare bad making me sluggish and fatigued.
I can't take antidepressants because they cause a severe negative reaction in basically the form of a psychotic break abd a potentially violent one at that. Caffeine is for me a harmless holistic substitute to level me out.
During summer or warm months I'm more prone to manic spells so avoid caffine and in the later parts of the day tend to lean on herbal sedative teas to avoid insomnia and level myself out. If I become overly manic I do heavy duty ones like skullcap with chamomile at night abd lace my daytime teas with chamomile as a calming agent.
I'm likely not the only one who uses caffine for more than the physical health benefits. Abd you mention herbs as poison. Well plant toxins can be poison but also some have medicinal benefits. Caffeine including coffee have medicinal benefits to level out my imbalance of seratonin abd dopamine. I use the stimulant properties as medicine, though I do enjoy the caffeinated drinks in general so sometimes simply drink because I've got a hankering for it.
But thus info definitely is interesting and I'm thinking of sharing with a friend I've got who works long hours abd has overdone caffeine before causing anxiety and sleep issues. He could use this info to help him those days to avoid the complications of overdoing the caffine.
I have seen Rutaecarpine used in Pre-Workouts in the past and in healthfood stores that have herbs in my city but did not know it was used as a caffeine counter/detoxifier so this is cutting edge . I was looking for this kind of herb or nutrient for getting in to sleep. So i just take a concoction of valerian chamomile tea(Apigenin), ashawaganda, L-theanine, passionflower and or skullcaps+Hops. I would say glycine and a gaba are good to use as well. Rutaecrpine looks rather $ compared to these herbs and or aminos by themselves.
ОтветитьNow we need one for wine
Ответить... says the caffeine addict with sunken eye circles
ОтветитьI see one option on Amazon at $48 for 20mg. You suggest starting with 100-200? I’ll take the F’n jitters from coffee and control my timing TY
ОтветитьAm I missing something?
ОтветитьHow about L-Theanine, does it work similarly?
ОтветитьWhen will you be addressing the maltodextrin in LMNTS?
ОтветитьThere are options at $25 on Amazon if interested.

Ответить*Key Takeaways:*
1. **Introduction to Rutaecarpine**:
- Rutaecarpine is a newly discovered compound that can help individuals consume more caffeine without experiencing negative side effects such as sleep disruption and jitters. This compound is particularly appealing to those who enjoy caffeine from sources like coffee, green tea, and yerba mate.
2. **Research on Rutaecarpine**:
- The research on rutaecarpine, including rodent and early human studies, suggests it is safe but requires further human studies to confirm its effectiveness fully. The compound is at the cutting edge of dietary supplementation for enhancing caffeine metabolism.
3. **Mechanism of Action**:
- Rutaecarpine acts as a COX-2 inhibitor and accelerates the metabolism of caffeine by increasing the activity of enzymes, particularly CYP1A2 and CYP2E1. This acceleration results in a faster clearance of caffeine and its metabolites from the body, which can be up to 75% faster.
4. **Practical Applications for Caffeine Consumers**:
- The compound can be taken in scenarios where an individual consumes excessive caffeine and experiences jitters, or when they wish to reduce caffeine's impact on sleep by taking it later in the day. Rutaecarpine can be taken either concurrently with caffeine or a few hours before to mitigate caffeine's stimulatory effects.
5. **Impact on Sleep and Anxiety**:
- Studies, such as one published in Biomedical and Environmental Sciences, show that rutaecarpine can reverse caffeine's negative effects on sleep by not disrupting sleep wave cycles. It also reduces general excitability and anxiety, potentially by reversing caffeine's inhibition of the neurotransmitter GABA.
6. **Additional Benefits**:
- Rutaecarpine has been found to influence serotonin receptors and reduce inflammation through its role as a COX-2 inhibitor, contributing to its sedative and anti-depressive effects. It may also help stabilize blood glucose levels, which could further benefit sleep quality.
7. **Synergistic Effects with Other Compounds**:
- When combined with apigenin, another compound that increases CYP1A2 activity, rutaecarpine can enhance the rapid clearance of caffeine from the system. Both compounds also have significant effects on blood glucose levels.
8. **Dosage Considerations**:
- While typically available in 100mg dosages, the optimal dose may vary significantly among individuals due to differences in caffeine metabolism rates. It's recommended to start with a lower dose, such as 100-200mg, and adjust based on individual response and sedative effects.
9. **Safety and Origin**:
- Derived from a Chinese tree, rutaecarpine's long-term safety and upper intake levels are still under investigation. Caution is advised with the intake of natural compounds due to potential adverse effects.
Conclusion:
Rutaecarpine represents a promising advancement in the realm of caffeine consumption, offering a way to enjoy the benefits of caffeine without its typical drawbacks such as jitteriness and sleep disruption. Its ability to enhance caffeine metabolism, thereby reducing caffeine's stimulatory effects while promoting sleep and reducing anxiety, positions it as a valuable compound for those sensitive to caffeine or looking to manage their intake strategically. As with any new supplement, further research is necessary to solidify its safety profile and optimal dosage, but initial findings suggest rutaecarpine could revolutionize how we approach caffeine consumption in our diets.
Your insight is invaluable, enjoy your valuable information.
ОтветитьDo you think it would be sensible to wait for the accepted side effects from Rutaecarpine and Apigenin before you start self medicating for a problem that doesn't exist? Just have a decaf coffee in the afternoon evening rather than taking additional random, untested chemicals
ОтветитьThere's a better molecule from tea which is L-theanine.
ОтветитьWhy are you only promoting Starbucks by showing their logo in video thumbnail? Is their coffee superior to others? 🤔
ОтветитьWhy not decaffeinated coffee or coffee kombucha.
ОтветитьI just like it also, gimme it
ОтветитьVery cool, I believe L-Theanine also has this effect on GABA. Taken with caffeine it can reduce excitability
ОтветитьYou do realize that certain individuals with heart conditions would be put at severe risk with what you just spouted? From the rutaecarpa and not the caffeine right? No health warnings whatsoever, really? Doesn't get more irresponsible than demonstrated right here, smdh...Like a bad AI---useless.
ОтветитьWhy did you have to put a Starbucks cup as a thumbnail; couldn’t you find any other brand? Disappointed!
ОтветитьCOX2 inhibitors should not be used regularly.
ОтветитьLMNT uses maltodextrine
Ответитьthe spice cardamom that the arabs put into coffee also helps metabolize caffeine, I used to use it to get rid of headaches from coffee.
ОтветитьInteresting~ I've seen some information that Rhodiola Roots also helps in the same way. Maybe they are related
ОтветитьTitrate wisely
ОтветитьDeath Wish coffee is my fav❤
ОтветитьSounds very similar to Schisandra chinensis.
ОтветитьThat fringe is a bit gay 😂
ОтветитьI’ve been looking for ways to maximize coffee benefits without the caffeine crash. This video is eye-opening. Anyone who’s tried this, share your feedback! 💡☕
ОтветитьLMNT the best source of maltodextrin for keto and a great way to fund these channels!
Ответитьwow
Ответитьdecaf
ОтветитьOk now we have the right to consume caffeine ! 🎉🎉🎉
ОтветитьThat same enzyme pathway that breaks down caffeine also breaks down melatonin and estrogen. You might want to study that further. Licorice, cinnamon and other foods slow down that enzyme and cruciferous vegetables increase that enzymes function.
ОтветитьIt’s like Narcan for us caffeine junkies
ОтветитьEat nicotine tablets.😅
ОтветитьVery interesting stuff
But I think this is solving a problem that we create for no reason
Just drink less caffeine if you want it to affect you less
But can it cancel out coffee-reah (coffee bathroom syndrome)?
