Ireland players harden case for Lions selection following dominant win over Scotland

Been saying this for a while. Even some of the English players that are being hailed for a spot. Lawrence was certainly not better than Aki. Willis hasn't played internationally in years and Sam Simmonds last time proved that club form isn't the same. Marcus Smith would have been a fair call had he not been shafted by Borthwick and put into fullback. Really only leaves Curry at 6 and maybe Itoje in the second row. As for Scotland I'd probably take a fit Darcy Graham and maybe Finn Russell but after yesterday that's becoming a doubt.

I think JGP, Keenan and Lowe are cemented in the backline along with probably Ringrose if not Aki as well. 10 is going to be an incredibly hard call.
