This was a perfect morning routine for my body that didn't want something deadly like strength training but wanting to atleast move and feel something. I learned my hips are in bad shape as well as my shoulders lmao

Ответитьyour channel has been popping up on my feed for the past few days and honestly I have overlooked it because I already have my set favorites that I use to exercise. But this morning I was feeling achy but didn't want to skip a workout so i type in mobility and your channel came up again. I thought why not and I am glad I did! This was just what I needed today as I wanted to honor my body's aches and need for more mobility but still wanted to feel like I was working out. Thank you!

ОтветитьI suddenly had some serious health issues come up in May that have left me bed ridden and not able to do my normal intense workouts and stretching. I have lost all flexibility. I cannot tell you how grateful I was to find this video!!! I almost cried because I felt a little more like myself and it relieved pain from being in bed so long!! It made me feel good enough to continue stretching when it was over. I wanted more. Thank you!!!
